Unboxing & Inspection

Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the machine for shipping damage. Check all fluid levels — engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant before first start. Confirm all safety guards and covers are in place.

Bucket Attachment

Attach the bucket or desired attachment to the arm using the included pins. Ensure pins are fully seated and secure with the retaining clips. Connect hydraulic lines to the bucket cylinder — hand-tighten then use a wrench for final tightening.

Track Tension Check

Check track tension before operation. Proper tension allows 10-20mm of sag at the center of the lower track run. Adjust via the grease fitting on the track tensioner if needed. Over-tensioned tracks cause premature wear.

First Start Procedure

Place throttle in low position. Turn key to start — do not crank for more than 10 seconds at a time. Allow engine to warm up at low idle for 5 minutes before operating. Check for any warning lights or unusual sounds.

Never operate in an enclosed space — diesel exhaust is hazardous

Break-In Period

For the first 50 hours of operation, avoid maximum load conditions. Change engine oil and filter after the first 50 hours. Check all hydraulic connections, track tension, and bolt torque after break-in period.

Unboxing & Pre-Check

Remove all packaging and shipping straps. Inspect for damage and check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels. Ensure the operator restraint bar moves freely and all safety systems are functional.

Attachment Installation

Lower the lift arms fully to the ground. Align attachment mounting plate with the quick attach bracket. Push attachment firmly until both locking pins engage. Connect hydraulic couplers if the attachment requires auxiliary hydraulics.

First Start & Controls Check

Sit in the operator seat and lower the restraint bar before starting. Start engine and test all controls at low throttle — lift, tilt, travel left and right. Ensure all functions respond correctly before moving to a work area.

Break-In Period

Operate at partial load for the first 20 hours. Check all fluid levels daily during break-in. Change engine oil after the first 25 hours of operation. Inspect belt tension and all fasteners after the break-in period.

Assembly & Fluid Check

Attach ROPS (roll-over protection) if not pre-installed. Check engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and fuel. Inflate tires to the specified PSI listed on the sidewall or in the manual.

Implement Attachment

Connect implements to the 3-point hitch by aligning the hitch pins with the implement brackets. Insert and secure hitch pins. Connect PTO shaft if required — ensure PTO shield is in place before operation.

First Start & Test

Engage parking brake before starting. Run at low idle for 5 minutes. Test all functions — forward, reverse, hydraulic lift, and PTO engagement. Check for leaks and unusual sounds before beginning work.

Assembly

Install the seat, steering wheel, and any accessories per the manual. Check tire pressure, engine oil, and fuel. Inspect all blade hardware — blades must be securely fastened before operation.

Deck Height Adjustment

Set cutting height using the deck adjustment lever before first use. Recommended starting height is 3-4 inches for most grass types. Ensure deck is level side-to-side using a measuring tape to each blade tip.

First Start & Blade Check

Start engine and engage blades at low throttle first. Listen for any unusual vibration or noise — these may indicate loose blades. Gradually increase to full operating speed. Never mow on slopes greater than 15 degrees.
